Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with all original OMP tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
